This I don't like. I like poetry, but one thing I especially like poetry is that every part has meaning. I don't think the new paragraph has any reason to be there. It's also very short. I don't really consider this a poem... or anything really.

An interesting metaphor though. Crossed fingers means that our promise is a lie, but if the lie is the crossed fingers, does that mean you are actually being sincere? haha, I like that
